These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Your use of the InstaDocs software itself is governed separately by the End-User Licence Agreement, not by these Terms.
1. The Site
1.1 The Site is provided for general information about InstaDocs and to make the software available for download. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
1.2 The Download function redirects to our distribution service at
get.appz.dev, which serves the current signed installer. Downloading and
using the software is subject to the End-User Licence Agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper working of the Site;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site except as permitted by us in writing.
3. Intellectual property
3.1 The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos and the “InstaDocs” and “Appz Dev Solutions” names and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
3.2 You may view and print pages of the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
4. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Site (including specifications, performance figures and feature descriptions) is provided for general guidance and may change.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (such as our distribution service and source-code repository). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site, identified by the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
